The Peer Support Integration Fidelity Council is comprised of peer support leaders, peer support workers, and Certified Peer Support Providers from across Vermont. The purpose of this council is to ensure the alignment and fidelity to peer support values and practices as the mental health peer support profession grows. This council is tasked with developing workforce guidelines, advising the Vermont Department of Mental Health and other stakeholders on best practices, and addressing workforce issues as they arise. The council members are committed to having a collective voice in advocating for the shaping of the peer support workforce in Vermont.
