Aaron Schiff
Contract Trainer
Chair, Peer Support Integration Fidelity Council

Aaron is the Team Lead of Peer Support Services at Howard Center. In this role he provides community-based peer support, co-responds as part of Enhanced Mobile Crisis and supports the other Peer Specialists on the team. Since joining the peer workforce in early 2022, Aaron has jumped at opportunities to grow within the field. This has led to him being trained as a WRAP group facilitator, becoming a Youth and Young Adult Peer Support Trainer and helping to organize the annual Mad Pride event. Aaron also currently serves as Chair of the Peer Support Integration Fidelity Council. In that role, he collaborates with peer support leaders across the state to ensure that, as peer support grows, we maintain fidelity to its values and social justice roots. Aaron’s lived experience with mental health challenges and his time in the Troubled Teen Industry drive his passion for building authentic connections and showing up as living proof that people can get well and stay well for long periods of time.
