Lindsay Mesa
Training Manager
Lindsay serves as the Training Manager at Pathways Vermont, where she has contributed to the organization’s mission for fourteen years in various roles including as Assistant Director. She has over fifteen years of experience building teams and programs that have supported thousands. Her work is informed by her own lived experience -- including coming off psychiatric drugs, the loss of a parent to suicide, and parenting a child with a disability. Lindsay is passionate about transforming Vermont's network of support through authentic relationships that center autonomy, connection, and community. She is a Statewide Intentional Peer Support trainer and holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from New York University.
