As a former urgent care Peer Specialist, Kirk gained great insight into the mental healthcare needs (met and unmet) of the Northeast Kingdom, a place he calls home. While no longer works in a direct support role, his position still holds true to their calling of helping to shift the paradigm towards person-first care and education.
